Review:

I love a good road trip plot for Hallmark movies but alas, this one did NOT work for me. It was slow, boring and lacked any chemistry between the leads.

Megan (Hall) has to get home for her sisters wedding. After her flight is cancelled the only way to get home is by car and it so happens Alden (Sevier) her rival in high school and a competitor with her current business, also needs to get home. So what follows is their misadventures and their journey home as they travel together. Unfortunately their journey is super boring for the viewer and really lacks any interesting content. They end up in a Renaissance fair which is just a mess and not interesting. Best part of that was Sevier and the over acting of the egg race. That was funny.

I honestly like Natalie and Corey Sevier in previous roles that I have seen them, unfortunately they lack and spark or chemistry playing opposite each other in this movie. It's not to say that they wouldn't have chemistry in a different movie. I would like to see them try again with a better script.

Worst parts of this movie:

*Why wouldn't you listen to music on a long car journey?

*What is the deal with them having identical businesses? It's a niche market and they both just happen to have the same business and are rivals from the same town? OK.

*No cell phone charging allowed during the Renaissance festival? Stupid.

*Oh my goodness, the whole town ending their words with "eth." Got old very quickly.

*The brides best friend...jealous much? Sending her to the wrong church? Some best friend.

*Worst toast ever from her sister. She talked about herself and not the bride and groom.

*Who gives their town truck to complete strangers to drive hundreds of miles away?

You will not miss anything by skipping this movie. I certainly won't be watching it again.
